Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations has an easy 30-day return policy for new unopened items. To start your return process please fill our Returns Form below.

In most cases, items purchased can be returned for refund, store credit, or exchanged for a replacement item within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them as noted.

  • We must be notified of the return within 30 days of your receipt of the product.
  • All returns must be in the original, factory-sealed packaging, and returned in the same condition that they were received.
  • Products that have been opened, tampered with, played with or altered will or they may not be eligible for return.
  • If the return was due to an error of ours, we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return.
  • If the return is not due to an error of ours, the buyer accepts responsibility for all return shipping costs.
  • Packages returned to us marked “Refused”, “Undeliverable”, or otherwise, may be subject to a re-stocking or re-delivery fee.

Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return/exchange after the item is received by our Returns Department.

Depending on your financial institution it may take 3-5 days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. Optionally, you can request to receive a store credit instantly upon receipt of your return.

Non-returnable Items

Except as Required by Law

  • Food and consumable items.
  • Rewards points, gift cards and gift codes.
  • Digital codes and items with digital content.
  • Sealed cases of random assortments, blind bags, mystery packs, Funko Sodas, etc.


Special Circumstances

  • Seller Error
    If we made a mistake, such as sending the wrong item, please let us know right away and we will gladly send the correct item in exchange whenever possible at no additional cost to you.
  • Manufacturer Defect
    If you receive an item with a manufacturer’s defect, please contact the manufacturer first. If not covered and we have additional stock, contact us and we may be able to arrange for a replacement.
  • Shipping Damage
    If your purchase arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we initiate a parcel damage claim with the package carrier. To expedite your claim, please attach photographs of the package and damaged contents in the form below.
  • Refused or Undeliverable Packages
    Packages returned because of purchaser error or refused delivery are subject to a re-stocking or re-delivery fee. Please make sure you have typed in the correct address before placing your order.



Orders may be canceled as long as they have not been processed and you have not received your ShippingEasy tracking information. If so, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible to place a hold so your order does not get processed and can be canceled.

Back-orders can be canceled any time up until the item is in stock and your order has been processed.
