PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• When using any forms, including contact form and comments forms, we collect the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site, the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. During checkout all supplied personal information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

During the transaction, no financial information (credit cards) are stored on our servers or kept in our database. The data you enter on our checkout is transferred directly to our payment processors STRIPE, Amazon Checkout, PayPal, and is not stored by us.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

DATA RETENTION

We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. We will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our site may make any changes to their information at anytime by logging into their control panel and going to the ‘My Account’ page.
